'Lonesome Dove' cast reunion set for March in Fort Worth

Gus and Call will be hitting the trail together again in March 2016 when the Wittliff Collections holds a reunion for the stars of the beloved TV miniseries "Lonesome Dove" at River Ranch in the Fort Worth Stockyards.

Those who’ll be joining the reunion include Robert Duvall, Tommy Lee Jones, Diane Lane, Anjelica Huston, Ricky Schroder and Glenne Headly. The event will be the centerpiece of a months-long celebration called the "Lonesome Dove Trail," with live musical performances, silent and live auctions, and a tribute to author Larry McMurtry.

Robert Duvall, Billy Bob Thornton to Perform at the Grand Ole Opry

Country music has always been a genre with open arms, and now the Grand Ole Opry is continuing that tradition by extending their welcome and opening their stage to Academy Award winners Robert Duvall and Billy Bob Thornton.

“As we celebrate the Grand Ole Opry’s 90th anniversary, we appreciate when talented personalities from all walks of life recognize the impact of the Opry and want to join us in Nashville,” says Opry Vice President Pete Fisher. “We’re looking forward to some good music from our new friends and to sharing a fun night with them and our audience.”
